1. We are guided by Pastors.
The Lead Pastor leads the Pastoral staff team. The Leadership Team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church and, together with the Ministry Leaders, serves the congregation and is responsible for developing the church's spiritual life.

2. We are protected by our Board of Deacons
The Board of Deacons assists the Lead Pastor in overseeing the spiritual health of the church while also providing financial oversight and stewardship of church facilities. They offer counsel to the Lead Pastor and Leadership Team regarding major financial decisions and serve as Non-Staff Elders, ensuring both the spiritual and operational well-being of the church.

3. We are strengthened by Oversight.
Our oversight comes from the Tennessee Ministry Network, our district in the Assemblies of God. Pastors and leaders within the network provide spiritual covering, guidance, and accountability for our church. If needed, they may assist in matters of accountability concerning the Lead Pastor at the request of the Pastors or Board of Deacons. Our oversight serves as Apostolic Elders.
